Market: Northern Virginia (VDOT NOVA District) - Fairfax
Sector: Heavy Highway, Urban Infrastructure & Vertically Integrated Asphalt Paving

We are representing the Mid-Atlantic’s largest privately held, self-performing heavy civil contractor and vertically integrated construction materials producer. With over eight decades of family-founded heritage and a multi-billion-dollar backlog, this organization dominates regional infrastructure by controlling its own supply chain, operating an expansive network of captive aggregate quarries and high-capacity hot-mix asphalt (HMA) plants across Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
They are defined by grit, total operational self-reliance, heavy fleet investment, and an uncompromising "Home Safe Tonight" culture.
Northern Virginia is one of the fastest-moving, most logistically demanding paving markets on the East Coast. Based out of Fairfax, VA, you will take the operational helm of multiple high-production asphalt paving and roadway rehabilitation crews across the NOVA corridor (I-66, I-495, I-95, and Loudoun/Fairfax/Prince William counties).
Because the business owns the quarries and the asphalt plants feeding your crews, you won't be at the mercy of third-party material suppliers. Instead, your challenge is precision execution: synchronizing internal plant load-outs with tight urban haul windows, high-profile night shifts, complex maintenance-of-traffic closures, and hyperscale commercial/data center site packages.
