Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a Senior Web Developer to design, develop, test, document, and support web-based applications in a fast-paced environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software and provide advanced support to end users.

The role may include development assistance for SharePoint, PeopleSoft, Oracle and MSSQL BI suites. DoD background investigation required for this position and US citizenship is needed. Remote work is available in many states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with courses in programming and database systems or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of ASP.Net, C#, TSQL, Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 Business Integrations or higher, Oracle 11
• 4+ years web-based development and support experience

Responsibilities

• Assists with the planning, organization and direction of all activities related to current and proposed applications.
• Investigates and recommends new tools and applications in support of business needs.
• Provides support and expertise to functional users to assist them in completion of their daily tasks.
• Coordinates with appropriate departments to ensure communication for proper function of applications.
• Participates in project reviews and statuses with department representatives.
• Converts logical design into program code and rewrites programs to increase efficiency.
• Performs complex coding assignments.
• Serves as a technical and functional resource to less experienced developers.
• Acts as project lead in teams of 3 or more individuals.
• Analyzes, develops and supports multiple system interfaces and data integration.
• Develops test plans and conducts program/system testing.
