TriWest Healthcare Alliance seeks a Senior QA Analyst to ensure internal and external applications meet customer specifications. The role uses automation and manual testing, mentoring junior team members, and aligning with Agile practices.

The ideal candidate has a BS in CS, 5+ years QA experience, and expertise in Selenium, TOSCA, Jenkins, Xray/ALM/JIRA, and SQL testing. Remote work is supported within eligible states; salary ranges reflect industry norms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
U.S. Citizenship
5 years of experience in quality assurance/software testing or related field.
Experience with automated test tools like Katalon, TOSCA and Selenium.
Experience developing and documenting test cases in Xray, ALM or JIRA.
Experience establishing quality assurance measures and testing standards.
Familiar with Agile project methodology.
Experience automating Web based applications and APIs with TOSCA.
Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD tools.
Experience testing ETL, writing SQL statements and executing them.

Responsibilities

Develops and establishes quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications/products throughout the lifecycle.
Reviews automation testing capabilities and develops new automation strategies to increase coverage.
Mentors other testing resources in best practices.
Analyzes project documentation and technical specifications for testing documentation.
Collaborates with software/systems personnel in various testing methods.
Delivers reports and recommendations addressing defects and trouble areas.
