Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 8 years experience or MS with 4+ years in Synthesis and Timing.
• Hands-on experience in full-chip STA, timing constraints generation and timing convergence.
• Experience in fixing timing paths through ECOs including crosstalk and noise analysis.
• Expertise with industry standard EDA tools (PrimeTime or Tempus).
• Proficiency in Python, Tcl and Make for automation and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Drive physical design and timing of high-frequency and low-power DPUs and SoCs at block, chiplet, and full chip levels.
• Analyze and optimize design constraints and synthesis parameters to achieve performance, power, and area targets.
• Assist in frontend and backend implementation from RTL to gds2, including synthesis, equality checking, floorplanning, timing convergence, and ECO implementation.
