Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of art direction or design experience, including agency work.
• Bachelor's degree in visual arts or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign concepts, strategic thinking, and polished visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong attention to typography, layout, and detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop original campaign ideas that span channels and executions.
• Lead brainstorming from concept to final delivery.
• Translate strategy and insights into simple, memorable ideas with strong design.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and leaders on integrated campaigns.
• Use animation and video to create engaging content and experiences.
• Partner with UX and digital teams to craft effective digital experiences.
• Present concepts and recommendations to teams and clients.
• Mentor juniors and provide team guidance; potential people management.
• Support proposals, estimates, and project scope.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to realize the vision within budget.
