Job summary

Hook is seeking a hands-on Associate Design Director to join one of our teams. They lead design streams, build scalable design infrastructure, and mentor staff while delivering premium campaigns across digital, video, print, and emerging platforms.

This full-time role can be hybrid or remote, depending on location, with tight collaboration with marketing clients and a strong emphasis on production-led design and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Expertise in visual design with focus on design systems and multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience leading design streams, modular rollouts, and cross-market campaigns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and oversee a team to ensure client-ready work at all phases.
• Develop robust visual languages and scalable design frameworks.
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and toolkits.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and accelerate skill progression.
• Collaborate with clients and creatives to guide feedback and direction.
• Model ownership and maintain high production design standards.
