You will define aesthetic direction, design cohesive multi-channel assets, and collaborate with copywriters and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.

The role emphasizes accessibility, responsive design, and building modular Figma components to scale asset production while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of art direction or senior visual design in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, visual hierarchy and modular systems across digital touchpoints.
• Experience with UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to review performance metrics and guide creative iteration via A/B testing.
• Strong presenting to marketing executives and cross-functional partners.
• Mentoring junior designers and collaborating with copywriters.
