Qualifications

• 6+ years of art direction or senior visual design experience, with multi-channel campaigns.
• Portfolio showcasing typography, visual hierarchy, and modular systems.
• Experience in conversion design and CRO methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Campaign Art Direction for global demand gen campaigns.
• Direct end-to-end digital systems across conversion funnel.
• Partner with Growth, Campaign managers, and copywriters.
• Iterate using performance data and A/B testing results.
• Scale brand guidelines in high-conversion environments.
• Build reusable design toolkits and components.
• Foster collaboration with copywriters and designers.
