Job summary

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) is seeking a Training Developer at mid or senior level to design and develop Army training products supporting Operational Contract Support. The role applies ADDIE and TRADOC standards to deliver modern training solutions.

The selected candidate will analyze needs, develop tasks, create interactive training products (eLearning/IMI), and maintain course materials in coordination with Army Logistics University.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6+ years of military training development experience (level dependent).
• Experience with TRADOC training development processes.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 (or similar tools).
• Strong writing and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and recommend course development or revisions.
• Develop individual and collective training tasks.
• Support Critical Task and Site Selection Boards (CTSSB).
• Create interactive training products (including eLearning/IMI).
• Use TRADOC standards (TR 350-70 series) for all deliverables.
• Maintain training workload data and projections.
• Review and update Army Logistics University (ALU) course materials.
