Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) operations. The role involves developing and reviewing logistics data packages, coordinating with government staff, and ensuring compliance with DoD requirements.

The position can require CONUS and OCONUS travel and may involve leading meetings. The ideal candidate holds an Active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a bachelor’s degree with five years of related logistics experience, or

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
US Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Army logistics planning or equivalent experience.
OR High School Diploma with 10 years of related logistics experience.
5 years' experience with pre-award procurement activities (requirements analysis, PWS/spec revisions, procurement/project planning).
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets and assess completeness.
Provide recommendations to Branch Chief or requiring activity.
Provide status updates to Government on requirements and timelines.
Offer technical training and briefings to customers and government staff.
Review contractor proposals and performance against project plans.
Monitor theater logistics priorities through daily meetings and reports.
Lead meetings to support logistics for requiring activity when needed.
Maintain liaison with customers, contractors, and program staff in the AOR/PMO.
Analyze monthly workload and project future quarterly requirements.
Prepare monitoring reports, briefings, and information papers on schedules and metrics.
