Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Logistics Operations Support Analyst to join the Operations Team supporting CONUS and OCONUS Army systems. This role includes shipping and receiving, asset tracking, metric capture, analysis, reporting, failure tracking, and configuration management of hardware and software baselines.

Occasional travel is required to assist with hardware management and inventory. The position requires an active TS clearance, DoD logistics knowledge, and strong data analysis

Qualifications

  • Active TS clearance required, SCI eligible.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of logistics, supply, or maintenance operations experience.
  • Experience with asset management and configuration management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track all shipments and inventory.
  • Prepare equipment shipments with proper packaging and documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers to resolve delays and issues.
  • Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and perform regular audits.
  • Support warehouse management, system integration, and inventory.
  • Generate logistics performance reports and analyze trends.
  • Install and test system hardware components on site.

Job description

As a Logistics Operations Support Analyst, you will be a member of an Operations Team supporting CONUS and OCONUS Army systems. This vital role ensures efficient and effective support for logistics operations. The position includes shipping and receiving tasks, tracking, asset management, metric capture, analysis, reporting, failure tracking, and configuration management of system baselines for both hardware and software. It requires knowledge of the U.S. Army Supply and Logistics Support Program and familiarity with Product Support Management (PSM) military standards and practices. The role requires occasional travel to aide with hardware management and inventory.

Minimum Clearance: Active TS clearance required, SCI eligible.

Travel: Occasional travel (~40%) for CONUS/OCONUS system fielding, training events, hardware maintenance and inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare equipment shipments, including inventory, palletizing, boxing, packaging, wrapping, and banding
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record‐keeping for all shipments
  • Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to resolve any issues or delays
  • Manage the lifecycle of assets from procurement to disposal
  • Maintain accurate records of asset inventory, including location, condition, and usage
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure asset accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Assist with all aspects of warehouse management, system integration, and inventory
  • Serve as the point of contact for order status requests and supply‑chain queries
  • Collect and analyze logistics metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports on logistics performance for management review
  • Utilize data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations
  • Track and document failures or issues related to logistics operations
  • Track and document root causes of failures and corrective actions
  • Generate reports on failure trends and improvement initiatives
  • Install and perform on‑site testing of system hardware components
  • Complete or inspect build documentation for new system integrations
  • Assist with the development and publication of technical IPS life‑cycle documentation, in accordance with U.S. Army policies and procedures
  • Assist with Production Acceptance Testing (PAT)
Qualifications
  • Active TS clearance required, SCI eligible
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience in logistics, supply, and/or maintenance operations
  • Experience with asset management and configuration management
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
  • Proficiency with Database Management and Inventory Operations
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Expertise in preparing and receiving equipment shipments (inventory, labeling, palletizing, boxing, packing, wrapping, banding)
  • Ability to rack, wire, connect, install, and perform on‑site testing of system hardware components
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 70 pounds
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and crouch
  • Ability to support CONUS/OCONUS site surveys, PMCS, inventories, and/or installations (potential for up to 40% travel)
Desired
  • DoD and/or prior military experience
  • Experience with the U.S. Army Supply and Logistics Support Program
  • Experience and certification operating a forklift
  • Experience with Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems
Pay Range

$78,700 - $165,200
