Job summary

Serco Inc. in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Logistics Analyst for Army support focused on C-UAS efforts.

You will advise leadership on logistics planning, lifecycle management, and acquisition strategies, leading a team to ensure readiness and compliance across programs at Redstone Arsenal and beyond. The role requires a DoD clearance, 10+ years of related experience, and strong presentation and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
At least 10 years of Logistics, Planning, or Acquisition experience.
Experience with Logistics Lifecycle planning from concept to sustainment.
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Senior Logistician and team lead within CPE Defensive Fires.
Directs team operations, prioritizes workflows, and ensures mission alignment across all logistics functions.
Directs development and execution of acquisition and sustainment documentation.
Develops Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Core Logistics Analysis, Depot Source of Repair Analysis, and Materiel Fielding Plans.
Presents actionable intelligence and strategic guidance on logistics initiatives.
Manages Type Classification and Materiel Release processes for readiness and compliance.
Prepares written Milestone and LMD documents (SOPs) for leadership review.
