• Provide services to support all life cycle phases (development, production, sustainment) and perform full range of ILS functions as described in DoD and Army manuals.
• Assess, document, and resolve ILS issues related to MANPRINT, manuals, training, fielding, NET, provisioning, configuration audits, and TDPs for PdM systems.
