Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in SDRs, IP-based routing, and tactical systems.
• Experience with US Army procurement pathways and Army Futures Command priorities.
• Proficiency with RF test instruments and field deployment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Army Capability Set requirements and map gaps to tactical radio capabilities.
• Lead demonstrations and field trials for Army evaluation teams.
• Translate requirements into technically sound, winnable solutions.
• Prepare RFI/RFP responses and coordinate with BD and Applications Engineering teams.
