Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• 10 years related experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage utility planning projects for federal, state and local agencies.
• Provide technical leadership in hydraulic modeling and master planning.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality assurance across projects.
• Develop proposals, leads client interviews, and drive business development.
