HDR is seeking an Integrated Water Resources Planner/Engineer to join the Water Resources team in California. You will lead planning and environmental studies for federal projects, coordinate with agencies, and mentor staff.

Strong written and verbal communication are essential. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Environmental Science and at least 5 years of environmental experience, plus proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years environmental experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving and research abilities.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
• Experience with federal plan formulation requirements.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct medium- to large-size planning and environmental compliance projects on behalf of the federal government.
• Prepare, plan and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct work of others in completion of required studies, documents and reports.
• Demonstrate extensive public participation, agency coordination, planning and programming experience.
• Perform other duties as needed.
