Job summary

Packsize International seeks an Assistant Resident Services Manager in Dallas, TX to lead the Resident Services team, overseeing Resident Service Engineers at customer sites and ensuring top‑tier support.

You will coordinate service activities, coach staff, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to resolve issues while maintaining safety and quality standards. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven service engineering/maintenance/technical support background.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Resident Service Engineers.
• Coordinate daily service activities, schedules, and workload.
• Provide on-site guidance and technical support at customer sites.
• Develop and coach team members; monitor safety and quality.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure responsive service.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Review project requirements and define equipment/service scope.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Handle service documentation and reporting; travel as needed.
