Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking experienced Sales professionals to join our team and support growth across plastic injection molding, tooling, and manufacturing. We have multiple sales opportunities at various levels, focusing on developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships in the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Sales or business development in plastics manufacturing.
• Experience expanding existing accounts and developing new business.
• Ability to work with OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, or automotive tooling programs.
• Understanding of injection molding and tooling processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand customer relationships.
• Prospect, identify, and qualify potential customers and market opportunities.
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
• Promote plastic injection molding, tooling, molds, components, and related solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, tooling, and operations teams to develop solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial information.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data and attend customer meetings and trade shows.
