Job summary

Mid-America Machining Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to build relationships and develop new business in a technical manufacturing environment.

You will communicate our extrusion blow molds and tooling capabilities to customers and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams. Travel is required as our customers are located across the United States and around the world, supporting visits to facilities, trade shows, and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Able to understand technical products and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in manufacturing, tooling, or blow molding is a plus.
• Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales and business development opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts and serve as a knowledgeable, responsive point of contact.
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand customer needs and technical requirements.
• Communicate Mid-America Machining's products, capabilities, and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare and follow up on sales opportunities, quotes, and customer inquiries.
• Visit customer facilities as needed.
• Represent Mid-America Machining at trade shows and industry events.
• Support customers throughout the sales process and help maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Mid-America Machining, Inc., an established manufacturer of high-quality extrusion blow molds and tooling. Our capabilities include container and product development, mold design and manufacturing, trim tooling, mold sampling, and mold refurbishing. We work with customers across a variety of industries and machinery platforms, providing solutions tailored to their specific manufacturing needs.

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working directly with customers in a technical manufacturing environment.

Our customers are located throughout the United States and around the world, so some travel is required to visit customers, attend industry events and trade shows, and support new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
