What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ten (10) years of related experience as a Mold Maker.
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to quality and ensuring established standards are met.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Red Seal certification is considered an asset.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working around varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other manufacturing conditions.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other required equipment.

• Sign-on bonus is paid in two installments of $2,500 after successful completion of 6 months and 12 months of continuous employment and is subject to applicable company policies and eligibility requirements.
