Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) in Los Angeles is seeking a Project Manager for the Large Project Center (LPC) to lead major projects from sales involvement through award, engineering, procurement, and installation readiness.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and procurement, manage the national installation resource schedule, and ensure best practices are applied based on experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in large project management or similar.
• Experience in cross-functional roles across direct/indirect reports.
• Experience in construction project cost forecasting.
• Strong project management and capacity planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced computer proficiency: Excel, MS-Project and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large projects from initial sales involvement through award and installation readiness.
• Manage transition from award into engineering and into supply chain.
• Coordinate with project managers across engineering and procurement.
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout process; address areas of concern.
• Participate in sales efforts for Major Projects as needed.
• Document process gaps and enforce best practices based on experience.
• Maintain and manage the major project national installation resource schedule.
• Maintain and manage project assets and tools.
