Job summary

GDI Services Inc US in the United States seeks an experienced facilities operations leader to supervise field staff, including Account Managers and Supervisors. You will plan, organize, and direct a mixed portfolio of accounts to ensure services exceed client expectations and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Janitorial multi-unit management experience.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities to build client relationships.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and service.
• Experience using Excel and MS Office for reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client relationships through networking and high-level facility management.
• Maintain open communications with clients to discuss contract management and service levels.
• Understand Union agreements and employee handbooks and ensure compliance.
• Review budgets, payroll, cost projections and supply control records while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams and Account Managers to ensure smooth operations across facilities.
• Develop long-term solutions to address customer needs and improve performance.
• Assist with training and coaching of staff in cleaning, floor care, and managerial skills.
• Ensure all customer and quality standards are met by site visits and scope reviews.
• Act as spokesperson for the company and handle duties assigned by management.
