Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Project Field Engineering Specialist in Chandler, AZ. You will provide field engineering expertise across planning, material management, quantity verification, safety, quality control, testing, and subcontract coordination on a major semiconductor facility project.

You will ensure field activities meet safety and quality standards, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and drive continuous learning to support the project schedule and delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• Area execution leadership: lead and integrate all discipline field engineers within the area.
• Cross-disciplinary work planning: align civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping activities.
• Schedule and performance ownership: own lookaheads, productivity, critical path impacts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
• Leads preparation of construction drawings and schedules; designs temporary facilities; ensures as-built drawings.
