Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a highly experienced professional to manage direct reports and lead interdisciplinary teams on the Chandler, AZ Fab 62 project. You will establish construction methods, review plans for costs and constructability, and drive proposal preparation to meet schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising field personnel and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees jobsite operations and coordination with Bechtel, clients, and subcontractors.
• Develops schedules, manning charts, and material/equipment plans.
• Controls expenditures and ensures work stays within budget.
• Leads field supervision and ensures adherence to corporate policies.
