Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, installation, testing and turnover.
• Ability to read and apply drawings, specs, models and vendor information.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical field engineering support for assigned construction areas and coordinate with teams.
• Provide daily direction and mentoring to field engineers while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Support Advanced Work Packaging, work package development, sequencing and readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and constructability issues.
• Review drawings, specs, models, vendor data and material requirements.
• Ensure labor, materials, drawings, permits and inspections are ready before work begins.
• Support progress reporting, punch list closure and turnover of electrical systems.
• Promote a safe, collaborative field engineering culture focused on quality and delivery.
