Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading field professionals across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and piping disciplines.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and ensure safety and QA/QC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobsite operations with Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and their representatives within area of responsibility.
• Establishes, coordinates and implements construction schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
• Controls jobsite expenditures in assigned area for labor, equipment, material and services and ensures field operations are within budget.
• Maintain relationships with the client and their representatives, as assigned.
• Actively participates in scheduled safety meetings and enforces safety codes and QA/QC standards.
