Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior multi-discipline field construction leader for the New Albany, Ohio project. You will direct craft professionals, subcontractors, and coordinate with Field Engineering, ES&H, Quality and Client reps to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule and within budget.

You will mentor superintendents, implement integrated construction plans and lookaheads, manage interfaces across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical disciplines, and uphold Bechtel’s Zero

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10-13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading multi-discipline field construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCM in semiconductor industry.
• Commitment to ES&H and Zero Accident safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline construction execution within the assigned area.
• Mentor and develop superintendents and coordinators.
• Champion Zero Accident safety on site.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work packages and lookaheads.
• Coordinate interfaces with Field Engineering, QA, and client reps.
