Job summary

Archinect is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction documents. You will coordinate internal design teams and external consultants, ensuring design objectives, schedules, and budgets are met while maintaining high quality.

The role demands strong client communication, design reviews, risk management, and a focus on project profitability. Proficiency with BIM workflows and leadership across multiple projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Experience managing architectural projects from design through documentation and/or construction.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, construction processes, and project delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
• Coordinate internal architectural teams and multidisciplinary consultants.
• Establish project scopes, deliverables, schedules, priorities, and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure project documentation meets quality and technical standards.
• Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, design reviews, and project coordination meetings.
• Identify potential project risks and support the development of solutions.
• Ensure architectural design aligns with client requirements, contractual objectives, applicable codes, and firm standards.
• Support project profitability and performance through effective planning and coordination.
