Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience leading complex architectural projects from concept through documentation and/or construction.
• Previous experience leading architectural teams and coordinating external consultants.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, construction processes, and project coordination.
• Experience with BIM-based project workflows.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in construction is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and delivery of architectural projects across all phases, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
• Define project scope, key deliverables, milestones, and overall execution strategy.
• Lead and coordinate internal design teams and external consultants.
• Oversee the production and quality of technical documentation and project deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between design intent, technical requirements, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain project quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication throughout the project.
• Support project presentations, client meetings, and key design decisions.
• Monitor project performance and contribute to continuous process improvement.

About the Role

This role will serve as a key connection point between clients, design teams, consultants, and internal leadership, ensuring that project vision, technical requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience with BIM coordination and platforms such as BIM 360.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and architectural standards.

Language Requirements

• English: Professional proficiency required.
• Spanish: Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly preferred.
