Archinect is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction documents. You will coordinate internal design teams and external consultants, ensuring design objectives, schedules, and budgets are met while maintaining high quality.

The role demands strong client communication, design reviews, risk management, and a focus on project profitability. Proficiency with BIM workflows and leadership across multiple projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Experience managing architectural projects from design through documentation and/or construction.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, construction processes, and project delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of architectural projects across multiple phases, ensuring that design objectives, technical requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are successfully delivered.

The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams, serving as a key link between design vision and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
• Coordinate internal architectural teams and multidisciplinary consultants.

• Familiarity with architectural codes, regulations, and technical standards.

Language Requirements

• English: Professional proficiency required.
• Spanish: Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly preferred.
