Job summary

Green Key Resources is representing an established Philadelphia architecture firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from design through construction. The role demands strong client management, team leadership, and hands-on coordination of schedules, budgets, consultants, and delivery.

You will oversee design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction while mentoring junior staff and ensuring quality control across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Strong architectural project management capabilities.
• Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
• Ability to oversee schedules, budgets, consultants, and project delivery.
• Strong construction documentation and construction administration experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from planning and design through construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other project partners.
• Oversee design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction.
• Provide quality control and technical oversight throughout the project.
• Mentor and support architects and designers on the team.
• Help identify project challenges early and keep projects moving forward.
