Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture or construction coordination.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Newforma/Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail orientated; able to work independently with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completion of design and construction contract documents for complex projects under the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure documents are complete and accurate.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and assign tasks.
• Lead coordination meetings; communicate with client and consultants; document and distribute notes.
• Manage RFIs and submittals; use Newforma software for administration.
• Prepare building details, sections, elevations, and schedules using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Prepare plans adhering to office standards; research codes and ordinances with PM assistance.
• Interface with consultants, contractors, team members, and architects; lead project team to successful completion.
