Job summary

CUBE 3 seeks a Project Lead to drive design, technical execution and coordination across phases. You will develop schematic studies, create construction documents and manage BIM workflows with Revit, Sketch-Up and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five completed projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
• Proven ability to organize and assemble construction documents with strong detailing.
• Accountability in coordinating consultants, clients and contractors with clear communication.
• NCIDQ or ARE + LEED Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop design studies, concepts and sketches for approval.
• Prepare documentation for Schematic Design and Design Development.
• Coordinate project presentations and design options with the team.
• Lead revisions and technical alternatives for review by Project Manager.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee internal/consultant meetings.
