Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related experience in architecture, interiors and/or construction.
• Professional degree from an accredited Architecture or Interior Design program.
• Experience with multiple projects from schematic to construction documents.
• Strong detailing, coordination with consultants, and effective communication.
• Proven ability to lead meetings, coordinate teams, and mentor junior staff.
• Active involvement in business development is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop design studies and concepts for approval with leadership.
• Prepare documentation for schematic design and design development.
• Lead client presentations, design reviews, and coordination with consultants.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and manage project schedules.
• Mentor and supervise junior designers and staff.
