Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in Construction Administration with minimal oversight.
• Oversee multiple projects and manage project staff and schedules.
• Maintain positive client relationships and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate CA activities: shop drawings, field notes, and pay requests.
• Ensure efficiency, quality assurance, and code compliance.
