Job summary

CUBE 3 is seeking a seasoned Construction Administration Specialist to execute CA on large-scale architecture and interiors projects. You will serve as the main on-site contact, review shop drawings, field reports, and change orders, and mentor staff in CA practices.

The role requires strong communication and a proven record with complex projects. Based in Massachusetts, you will collaborate with the design team, owners, and contractors to ensure quality, code compliance, and timely delivery of

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years related experience in architecture and/or construction.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Delivered at least three large ground-up buildings in Construction Administration.
Strong understanding of local State and Municipal Building Codes.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and contractors.
Awareness of the legal environment of construction.

Responsibilities

Deliver multiple projects in Construction with minimal oversight.
Maintain client relationships and provide updates to the Architect of Record and QAQC in Massachusetts.
Direct CA activities: attend Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, review shop drawings, field observations, and change orders.
Ensure CA activities emphasize efficiency, quality assurance, and code compliance.
Collaborate with Owners and contractors to resolve problems under time pressure.
Provide periodic briefings to Studio Leaders or PMs on needs, costs, and recommendations.
Manage CA projects using CUBE 3 Part3 CA Software.
