Job summary

CUBE 3 is seeking a Project Architect to lead design, development, and production of contract documents. You will manage design decisions, coordinate with consultants, and maintain project quality from schematic design through construction administration in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires seven+ years of architectural experience, strong Revit and BIM skills, and a proactive leadership style to guide junior staff and collaborate with clients. Miami offices, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related experience in architecture, interiors and/or construction professions.
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture or Interior Design School.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and construction document processes.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior staff and manage day-to-day project tasks.
• Ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, and program.
