CUBE 3 Studio, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead architectural projects from initiation through construction administration. You will coordinate design development, staffing and scheduling to optimize resources while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires at least eight years of architecture experience, proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related experience in architectural projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Delivers projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintains ongoing, positive and proactive client relationships.
• Mentors junior colleagues in professional and technical development.
• Ensures QA/QC and code compliance throughout projects.
