Weston & Sampson in Foxborough or Reading, MA seeks an Architectural Team Leader with 20+ years of design experience to manage architectural projects for the Facility group and mentor a growing team.

You will lead multi-disciplinary design efforts from programming through construction documents, coordinate with clients and internal disciplines, and contribute to building codes knowledge and business development.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience on project design teams with strong technical and Revit skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Experience across all project phases from schematic design to contract administration.
• Knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural design projects for the Facility group’s clients and support other engineering discipline groups.
• Develop and mentor team members through workload planning and coaching.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams from programming through construction documents and administration.
• Network with clients via proposals and direct requests.
