Job summary

Weston & Sampson is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Foxborough, MA, with 15+ years of experience to lead design projects for the Facility group and collaborate with multiple disciplines.

You will guide programming through construction documents, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and support budgeting, permitting, and funding efforts while mentoring junior staff. This role requires a professional degree and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of substantial experience as a productive member of a project design team with strong technical and Revit skills.
• Ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration
• REVIT/BIM fluency is mandatory, working experience with AutoCAD desirable.
• Strong Construction experience and knowledge of architectural technical detailing.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
• Strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills
• Ability to lead a project team and guide production of construction documents, including coordination with internal and external engineering disciplines.
• Professional degree required.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural design projects for the Facility group's clients, supporting other engineering disciplines and expanding the project base.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams from planning through construction documents and administration.
• Work directly with clients to establish project and programming needs.
• Support budgeting and permitting processes, including working with estimators and public hearings.
• Provide architectural support to other Weston & Sampson groups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior staff.
