Job summary

Weston & Sampson seeks an Architectural Team Leader with 20+ years of experience for our Foxborough or Reading, MA offices. You will manage architectural design projects within the Facility group, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to business development through proposals and client coordination.

Ideal candidates will have a professional architecture degree and license, strong Revit/BIM skills, and a proven ability to guide construction document production and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture required.
• Architectural license required.
• 20+ years experience on design teams.
• Strong understanding of building codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects for the Facility group’s clients and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
• Mentor and develop project teams, manage workload and career progression.
• Lead planning, design, construction documents, and construction administration phases.
• Develop and pursue new business via proposals and client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal/external disciplines and guide production of documents.
