Qualifications

We are working with an established architectural practice seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to join its team in Montgomery, Alabama.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior architectural professional with a strong background in K-12 Education, Higher Education, and/or Healthcare projects to lead significant projects, build client relationships, and work collaboratively with talented design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from initial design through construction completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Ensure technical quality, building code compliance, and project objectives are achieved.
• Mentor team members and contribute to business development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Approximately 10-15+ years of architectural experience, including significant project management responsibility.
• Experience delivering projects within K-12 Education, Higher Education, and/or Healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, client management, and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of US building codes, technical documentation, and construction administration.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Licensed Architect preferred, with Alabama registration or eligibility for registration through reciprocity an advantage.
