Qualifications

• Degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of relevant architectural experience with project delivery responsibility.
• Registered Architect or NCARB certification completed.
• Strong proficiency with Revit Architecture and building information modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural project teams through planning, design, documentation, bidding, construction administration, and closeout.
• Drive technical execution of justice, civic, and institutional projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, documentation, specs, and manuals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, clients, and officials.
• Produce complete construction documents using Revit and related tools.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and schedule adherence.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the team in client meetings and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Address regulatory, financial, environmental, and constructability factors throughout delivery.

• Represent the project team in client and project meetings and clearly communicate technical and design decisions.
  
• Apply architectural, regulatory, financial, environmental, and constructability considerations throughout project delivery.
  

Requirements

Do You Bring Proven Success in Leading Complex Architectural Projects?

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited architectural program.
  
• 10+ years of relevant architectural experience with demonstrated responsibility for project execution and delivery.
  
• Registered Architect or completion of the NCARB Program.
  
• Strong proficiency with Revit Architecture .
  
• Broad knowledge of architectural principles, building design, documentation, detailing, and construction processes.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage architectural work from project development and scoping through design, documentation, and construction administration .
  
• Experience developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, specifications, and complete construction documents.
  
• Ability to direct architects, technicians, and other project contributors while working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Strong client-facing, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  
• Sound judgment, organization, delegation, and decision-making capabilities.
  
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to changing project and business requirements.
  
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
