Birchfield Penuel Architects is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Architect to join our team.

Project Manager/Architect Role Responsibilities

• Lead the functional and conceptual design process.
• Manage the project and design to ensure that all team members work effectively to maintain the project scheduleand meet client needs.
• Management ofproductionteamsand consultantsfromdesign to construction.
• Produceand review production drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate all aspects of project documentation and technical information within the project team and externally with clients, vendors, and other design professionals.
• Interact with clientsand user groupsduring meetings and designpresentations.
• Beresponsible for the accuracy and quality of all technical work on the project.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s orMaster’sdegree in Architecture from an accredited architecture program.
• A minimum of 5-15 years of experience as a Project Architect/Project Manager
• Proficiency in using Revit and/orAutoCADSoftware to produce design and construction documents.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Healthcare, Institutional, or Governmental clients.
