Responsibilities

• Lead architectural project teams through programming, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
• Develop and manage project work plans, internal task schedules, and deliverables; align team effort with scope and fee with PM or Principal.
• Lead design development and technical execution while maintaining design intent, document quality, and constructability.
• Direct and coordinate the work of consultants and internal team members, communicating priorities, deadlines, and requirements.
• Serve as day-to-day project leader in client, consultant, contractor, and agency meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate architectural specs with drawings and consultant docs; apply knowledge of codes, systems, detailing, and permitting.
• Lead document reviews and quality-control efforts and resolve design, coordination, and construction issues.

We are seeking a highly talented Senior Project Architect with 8+ years of professional experience to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is a strong designer and technical leader who can guide project teams, coordinate consultants, and help keep projects moving on schedule from design through construction. This role is well suited for an experienced architect who enjoys leading people and project delivery while remaining actively engaged in design, documentation, and client service.

Senior Project Architect Responsibilities:
