Job summary

Actalent in Seattle, WA is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead complex projects from design through construction administration. You will manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, staffing, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality documentation and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of architectural PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, proficiency in Revit and Excel, and a track record of coordinating

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years of architectural PM experience on complex projects.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staffing.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
  • Proficiency in Revit for design, documentation, and coordination.
  • Experience with construction documents and construction administration.
  • Familiarity with civic, museum, or convention center projects.
  • Proficient with Excel for financial tracking.
  • Experience with budget, schedule, and financial management in professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration with quality outcomes.
  • Serve as primary client contact, managing communication and expectations.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and staffing to meet targets.
  • Coordinate and oversee consultant teams to ensure integrated delivery.
  • Lead contract negotiations and administration with clients and consultants.
  • Ensure documentation quality and consistency across drawings and specs.
  • Oversee construction documents and support bidding and construction.
  • Direct construction administration activities (RFIs, submittals, site observations).
  • Guide design development addressing technical, budgetary, and constructability considerations.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.
  • Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior staff and apply sustainability considerations in design.
  • Utilize project management tools to track status and resources.
