Job summary

Actalent seeks an Architectural Project Manager to lead complex projects across aviation, higher education, healthcare and civic sectors within a respected, locally based architecture practice. You will guide projects from initial planning through construction administration, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and clients for high-quality design and technical execution.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, 5+ years PM experience, strong Revit skills, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture or related degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager.
• Experience taking projects from initial planning through construction completion.
• Proficiency in Revit at a strong working level (8/10).
• Experience managing civic, healthcare, aviation, or higher education projects.
• Architecture project management experience with schedule and budget oversight.
• Strong design skills and ability to integrate development with technical documentation.
• Client-facing experience including leading meetings and presenting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid judgment on building systems, codes, and construction processes.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from early planning and conceptual design through construction administration and closeout.
• Provide project leadership with goals, strategies, and workflows for successful outcomes.
• Manage client relationships as primary contact and ensure expectations are met.
• Oversee schedules and budgets and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants for integrated design.
• Mentor project team members and delegate tasks.
• Lead design development aligning design intent with technical requirements.
• Produce and review construction documents with quality control.
• Administer construction phase services and site observations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold firm standards and quality.
• Support business development with proposals and presentations.
