Job summary

Perkins Eastman in Seattle seeks a Project Manager with a blend of design acumen and technical know-how to advance designs from pre-schematic through occupancy. You will collaborate with designers, engineers and consultants to drive options and resolve challenges while maintaining budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in architecture, strong leadership, and proficiency with REVIT, Rhino and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree.
• 8+ years' experience, plus preferred senior living practice area experience.
• Experience coordinating with client, team and consultants across multiple workstreams.
• Thorough knowledge of State & Local building codes; health environment regs preferred.
• Proficiency with REVIT, MS Word & Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project work plan and schedule development, including fee and budget requirements.
• Multi-task to allow for development of concurrent project work.
• Lead the project through all phases of development, including construction.
• Communicate regularly with Operations staff regarding the financial health of the project.
• Mentor younger staff within the team.
