Job summary

Grouparchitect in Seattle seeks an experienced Project Architect or Senior Architectural Designer to lead residential and multifamily projects from concept through construction administration. You will collaborate with principals, clients and consultants, manage design development and permit sets, and ensure project deliverables on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of single-family and multifamily experience, expert Revit skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and licensure or strong path

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience in residential or multifamily design
• 7–10+ years preferred for senior role
• Proficient in modern design tools and building codes

Responsibilities

• Lead single-family, townhome, middle housing and multifamily projects from schematic design through construction administration
• Produce and manage permit and construction documents in Revit
• Guide projects through Seattle/Eastside jurisdiction permitting and design review
• Coordinate consultants and serve as day-to-day contact for clients and contractors
• Mentor junior staff and help shape firm standards and templates
