Qualifications

• BArch or M.Arch from NAAB-accredited program.
• Architectural license.
• 15+ years of experience in architectural design and leadership.
• Proven project management and business development with a track record of securing new projects and clients.
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($10M-$50M) from concept to completion.
• Design expertise utilizing industry software (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale architectural projects ranging from $10M-$50M, ensuring high-quality design and successful project execution
• Provide expert guidance in architectural design, graphic modeling, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions into each project
• Ensure projects meet client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements
